Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2 business days. After your order is processed, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.



USPS is experiencing major delays and unprecedented volume increases at this time. While I'm shipping as normal, USPS is often delaying packages in transit. I'm seeing USPS taking longer than normal and some packages are not scanning until the day they deliver.

If your package is lost in transit, please email me at so I can file a claim for the missing package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located, I will reship your items and if they are not available, we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

**Please note I'm not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery, I'm unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.

I'm not responsible for any delays caused by the mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly.

Shipping Details


For fast and reliable shipping choose the $12 UPS ground option at checkout. USPS standard shipping is $5.

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after being placed.

If you order multiple times in one day, please email me to combine your order and I can refund one of your shipping charges. 

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once I ship your order, you will be charged for me to ship it a second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to me, I will email you upon receipt and you will purchase the $5 reshipment fee along with providing an updated address.


Orders are shipped out of Huntsville, Alabama. Please do not email about when your order will ship unless it has been over 5 business days as this only delays me processing orders. 

Return Policy

I always hope you love your purchases from Little Happy Shop.  However, I understand that you may need to return a purchase.  Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your purchase. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return. ALL sale items are FINAL SALE.  Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog/cat hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.   

*I do not offer exchanges.

Return Instructions

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly to protect the item.


Once I receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.  If purchased on the app, the credit will go back on your app account. 

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order.  Please email me at and forward photos of any damage. Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damage.
